Cosmic Sensual Awakening Twerkshop w/ Charlee Queen XO

Join Charlee Queen XO (Queen C), local performing artist and yoga teacher from Innerverse Connect, for a meditative, soul expansive, booty activating and heart awakening journey through your inner world to your inner sensual baddie!

This is a process of tuning into your pelvic power... repatterning the self by repatterning your body language to embody the deepest self love.

This is a process that guides you to release old habits of being, stepping into the space of trust within your body, your intuition and your authentic expression. You will learn to question how you can navigate this Africanist movement in body-affirming ways outside of the standard Euro-centric dance studio choreography context.

Our Twerkshop will be held at the Cuban Movements dance studio on 124 street and Japser ave.

If this is your first time to the studio, please note that the entrance is from the back of the building. The door is on the SW corner of Jasper and 124, accessible from the parking lot. The sign above the door says “floc boutique”. Use buzzer #2 for access.
