About the Event
If you are anything like me... I have watched a few more netflix shows than I ever have in my life! My hips are wanting some good love and so... lets have a socially distant happy hips class together <3
In this 75 minute Happy Hips class, We will explore the combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga elements that focus on openiing, blanacing and strengthening your hips!
Your hips are the biggest joint of your body and at the pelvic hub of our skeletal system. They have an affect on pretty much every pafrt of your life, physically and emotionally.
Creating harmony in the hips often leads to harmony in your entire mind-body-soul connection. This class is designed to have everything you need to bring your muscles, joints and mindset back to life. All levels welcome!
We are offering this event with the strict request to keep a responsible distance from one another so we can all have fun and stay safe together according to the Alberta Government Relaunch Phase 1 Regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
Ticket are pre-sale only as this ensures we do not go over the 50 person legal limit, and every one has room to stay 2 meters apart. Secret Central Location will be given by email June 3rd to ticket holders.
