About the Event
HIIT BooTi is a dance inspired High Intensity Interval Training practice!
What makes it unique is the fact that it promotes hip mobility, enhanced body awareness and is also low impact (safe for the joints), as there is NO jumping/high impact or momentum!
This practice combines the principles of Pilates; controlled functional movements, with tribal infused dance designed to tone muscle, smooth facia, and tighten the skin. With the timing of Tabata; 20sec action, 10sec rest, eight times over per movement, you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after your training session. Talk about efficiency!
At 75 minutes in length, HIIT BooTi intensive is challenging for all, yet accessible for beginners. Join this intensive to promote strength for the entire body, tap into your divine expression and compliment your yoga practice!
