HiiT Pilates, is a High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Class in a warm room. What makes it unique is the fact that it is also low impact. In other words - safe for the joints and there is NO jumping/high impact or momentum.
This practice combines the principles of Pilates; controlled functional movements, designed to tone muscle, smooth facia, and tighten the skin; with the timing of Tabata; 20sec action, 10sec rest, eight times over per movement.
Only 60min in length, HiiT Pilates class is challenging for all, yet accessible for beginners.
