About the Event
This Egyptian inspired yoga series goes beyond your average yoga class. In each 60-minute guided practice, we will engage with breath work to calm your nervous system, meditation to calm the mind and have a balance of strength & flexibility to optimize mobility within your body.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate level students, we will focus on slowing down, realigning to your inner strength and mobilizing your body. *
Week 1: Shoulders and wrists
Week 2: Spine and hips
Week 3: Hamstrings & Ankles
Week 4: Front & Back Body
