InnerVixen: Sensual Twerkshop Ceremony with Queen C- INTERACTIVE ONLINE

It's time my darlings!! With the shifting of seasons and the crazy energy out there in the world we live in, coming home to our sacred selves is imperative now more than ever. 

So, on Saturday October 23rd, I invite you to be in sacred space with me for a twerkshop ceremony to call out your inner-vixen and awaken your inner desires that act as the fire to ignite your creativity. Let us come together for a long overdue booty shaking celebration of your body, mind and spirit! 

With body rolls, pelvic relaignment, booty popping, shaking/shimmying, floor work and isolations... We will clear out stagnant energy through your divine vessel. We will effortlessly elevate your self esteem with affirmations and divinely rooted intentions while releasing any worry, fear or doubt stuck in your body through playful movement and laughter.

We are the medicine we need.

We are the healers we seek.

What you need to participate:

*Have a yoga mat or knee pads

*Water

*Wear something you feel sexy in AND can move around in

*Computer, Tablet or phone to connect with us on Zoom 

*One candle and something to light it with 

*Sacred space in your home that you can move in (forward/back, side to side) 

*golf ball or tennis ball or something that you can roll your muscles on for some myofascial release

*An OPEN mind - Minds are like parachutes… they only work when open!

Length of Twerkshop Ceremony: 2.5 hours 

Experience level required: None - just got to have a body that you are wanting to give some love to
