On April 24th, May 1st, 15th and 22nd, Queen Char from Innerverse Connect will be guiding you through a journey back to your sacred essence. A process of re-aligning to your divine feminine and telling a new story of sacred body confidence!

Whether you’re just ready for your hot girl summer, or have been moving through some heavy sh*t this past winter and are ready to reclaim your body, this special twerk series will shift you in ways you could never even imagine. And yes, you heard it right… we are twerking!

You will learn the roots of this ceremonial dance and to question how you can navigate this Africanist movement in body-affirming ways outside of the standard Euro-centric dance studio choreography context.

Yoga flow followed by twerk based choreography will bring you home into your own rhythm, while building a body, mind and spirit of strength and grace.

The laughter, the tears, the authenticity, the awareness, and the unencumbered joy that is experienced, flows an energy through your body that is beyond words.
