It's the holiday season and its time for IVC's annual Santa Baby Sensual Twerkshop! Lets shake off the holidays with your twerkalicious booty in a sacred ceremony of self love led by your girl Charlee Queen XO!

Bring out all the flannel, long johns and lingerie you've got! Wear whatever sexy means to YOU.

Through playful movement and laughter, we dive into a process that guides you to release old habits of thinking, step into a space of trust within your body, your intuition and your authentic expression. With body rolls, pelvic realignment, booty popping, shaking/shimmying, floor work, isolations and choreography, you will learn to question how you can navigate this Africanist movement in body-affirming ways outside of the standard Euro-centric dance studio context.

What you need to participate:

*Have a yoga mat and/or knee pads

*Water

*Wear something you feel sexy in AND can move around in (be festive if you are feeling it!!)

*Optional to wear heels, runners or bare foot

Experience level required: None, just have a body that you are wanting to give some love to
