Spring Equinox Cacao twerkshop Ceremony

As the Earth awakens to the balance of light and dark, we invite you to honor this turning point with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and an embodied dance experience designed to nourish your spirit.  

Cacao, known as the "food of the gods," has been used in sacred rituals for centuries to foster connection, clarity, and emotional release. As we sip this rich elixir, we’ll set intentions for renewal, cultivate inner harmony, and open ourselves to the transformative energy of the Spring Equinox—a time of rebirth, balance, and infinite possibility.  

Following the ceremony, we’ll step into the joy of movement with Expression over Perfection—a dynamic yogidance twerkshop led by Charlee Queen XO. This twerkshop is all about getting out of your head and into your body. Through yoga flow and vibey Carribean, Afro centric & Sensual choreography, you’ll build confidence, coordination, and musicality while tapping into your unique rhythm.
