SPRING TWERKSHOP! - Friday @ 7pm

Expression over perfection… A workshop all about stepping out of your head, and into your body!

Led by Queen C, this twerkshop is designed to help you build confidence in bodily coordination, musicality and flow. Yoga flow followed by Africanist choreography will bring you home into your own rhythm, while building a body, mind and spirit of strength and grace.

Bring out the booty shorts or loose pants… whatever you feel sexy in is PERFECT!

I know these times have been beyond challenging, and I invite you to simply show up for YOURSELF.

Show up for connection.

Show up for dance and liberation.

Important Community Health Safety Measures:

Masks must be worn at all times while participating in this class. Unless you are part of the same household, all participants must stay apart in distance during the entire duration of the class. Please bring water, a personal hand towel and your own mat.

We ask that if you have been experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat or loss of smell & taste), or have been out of the country in the last 14 days to not attend our in-person session. We each must take personal responsibility for the health of ourselves and our community. Look out for our online classes if you can’t make it this time around!
