This workshop is designed for all genders, backgrounds and levels with a focus on mindful movement through tribal expression. This is a process of tuning into your pelvic power... repatterning the self by repatterning your body language to embody the deepest expression of self love.

This is a process that guides you to release old habits of being, stepping into the space of trust within your body, your intuition and your authentic expression. You will learn to question how you can navigate this Africanist movement in body-affirming ways outside of the standard Euro-centric dance studio choreography context.
