About the Event
We are full swing into the summer heat and another class in the sun sounds about right :)
Twists are known as “bliss poses” because of its ability to release stagnant energy and feel good neurotransmitters through your spine and into your brain! Even the most passive twist has massive effect on creating and keeping connection between your body and your brain.
This 60 minute class will combine both yang (active) and yin (passive) elements of yoga and mindful mobility practices. Perfect for those just starting to get active again or seasoned practitioners!
This event is class pass redeemable and included with all IVC memberships! Next class will be when I am back from vacation August 22nd so join us now if you can!
