In this 3 hour masterclass with me, Queen C, I guide you through a process of unbinding generational trauma from your mental and physical body... and begin the journey of learning HOW to be YOU.

Its a process of learning  how to MOVE in your body, how to be FREE in your body... how to view yourself outside of the colonial context that has defined our relationship with ourselves and eachother for so long.

Things to bring to our online session:

Yoga mat

Water

Journal & pen

Wear clothes you feel comfortable in (have a sweater as an extra layer so you can strip down as needed) 

You will recieve instructions on what to do before the workshop in an email 48 hours prior to start of the event

This class is open to all levels and pricing is per person. Please ensure that you have Zoom downloaded onto your computer or desktop prior to the start of class and have your camera on so that we may share in this experience together!
